For developers
People compare AI meeting tools on this page before they choose. Paste your website after checkout and we'll research, score and publish your listing.
Every tool was checked on 6 October 2026 against its own website, pricing and app-store listings, plus independent 2025–2026 reviews. Each gets five scores out of 10, weighted into an overall score.
Ties are broken by the transcripts & summaries score. To be listed, a tool has to record or transcribe meetings automatically and produce AI summaries or notes. The list is open: developers can submit an app, and we review it with the same rubric.
Features are scored half by our editors and half by this published checklist, ticked only where the app's own pages or app-store listing confirm it:
Rankings are editorial. Companies can't pay to change a score or a position, and any paid placement is labelled Featured.

In our October 2026 tests, Fathom and Granola scored highest. Fathom has the most generous free plan (unlimited recordings), while Granola is the favourite for people who want their own notes enhanced without a bot joining the call.
Granola, Krisp, Jamie and Notion AI Meeting Notes all capture audio on your own device, so no bot appears in the meeting. Fathom and MeetGeek offer both options.
Fathom's free plan includes unlimited recordings, transcripts and summaries. Fireflies and tl;dv also have useful free plans.
Rules vary by country and state; many require telling, or getting consent from, everyone in the call. Bot-based tools announce themselves; with bot-free tools it's up to you to tell participants.
No. Rankings come from the published rubric and can't be bought. Developers can pay for a Featured spot above the ranking; it's always marked Sponsored and never changes scores or positions.
