What data Tech Arcade collects, why, and your choices.

Tech Arcade (techarcade.io) is published by Voyager AI (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: admin@voyagerai.io.

What we collect

When you read the site

  • With your consent, analytics cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Mixpanel record pages viewed, clicks (for example on app links and videos), approximate location (country/city from IP address), device and browser, and how you arrived. Mixpanel may also record anonymised session replays of how pages are used; form inputs are masked.
  • If you decline analytics, we don’t load these tools.

When you buy a listing or Featured spot

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your card details. Stripe shares with us your name, email, the product bought and payment status.
  • Your app’s website and contact email from the submission form, which we use to research and publish your listing and to email you about it (via our email provider, Resend).

When you email us

  • Your email address and message, to reply to you.
  • Analytics: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
  • Listings and payments: to perform our contract with you, and to keep records we’re legally required to keep (for example for tax).
  • Replying to messages and keeping the site secure: our legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

Our service providers, who process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Google (Analytics), Mixpanel (product analytics), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and GitHub (where listing submissions are stored). Some are based outside the UK/EEA; transfers are protected by the providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We don’t sell personal data.

Embedded YouTube videos load from YouTube (Google) only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.

How long we keep it

Analytics data: up to 26 months. Listing and payment records: as long as the listing is live and then as required for tax and accounting (normally 6 years). Emails: as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@voyagerai.io. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office, ico.org.uk).

We’ll update this page if anything changes and show the date at the top.
