Terms of use and listing terms

Terms for using Tech Arcade and for buying a Best apps listing or Featured spot, including refunds.

These terms apply to techarcade.io, published by Voyager AI (“we”, “us”). Contact: admin@voyagerai.io.

Using the site

  • Content is for general information only and isn’t financial, investment, legal or medical advice. We work hard to be accurate, but stories and listings can contain errors or go out of date; check important facts with the original source.
  • You may share links to our stories and quote short extracts with credit. Please don’t republish whole articles or videos without permission.
  • App names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown to identify the apps we review.
  • Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content.

Best apps listings (“Get listed”)

  • What you get: after payment and submission of your app’s website, we research your app from official sources, score it with our published rubric and checklist, and publish a profile page, a ranking position in the most suitable category and inclusion in comparisons. We usually publish within 2 working days, often much sooner.
  • Editorial independence: we decide the category, the scores, the ranking position and the wording. Payment doesn’t buy a particular score or position, and scores may change when your app or its competitors change.
  • Eligibility: we may decline an app that doesn’t fit any category, can’t be verified, or is illegal, harmful, deceptive, adult, gambling-related or similar. If we decline it, we refund the fee in full.
  • Accuracy: if something in your listing is wrong or out of date, email us and we’ll check and correct it.
  • How long it lasts: listings stay live while the app is available and the site operates. We may remove a listing if the app shuts down or later breaks these terms.
  • A monthly subscription that shows your app in a card above the ranking of its category, clearly labelled Sponsored. There are a limited number of spots per category.
  • It doesn’t change your score or ranking position.
  • You can cancel at any time in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us; the spot stays live until the end of the paid month and then ends automatically.

Refunds

  • Get listed: full refund if we decline your app, or if you ask within 14 days of payment and your listing hasn’t been published yet. Once published, the fee is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Featured spot: cancel any time; we don’t refund partial months, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • To request a refund, email jenny@voyagerai.io with your payment receipt.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to a listing customer is limited to the amount they paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes don’t affect payments already made. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
