For developers
People compare AI assistants on this page before they choose. Paste your website after checkout and we'll research, score and publish your listing.
Every assistant was checked on 6–7 October 2026 against its own website, pricing and app-store listings, plus independent leaderboards (such as LMArena) and 2025–2026 reviews. Each gets five scores out of 10, weighted into an overall score.
Ties are broken by the answer quality score. To be listed, an assistant has to be a general-purpose AI chatbot that anyone can use, on the web or as an app. The list is open: developers can submit an app, and we review it with the same rubric.
Features are scored half by our editors and half by this published checklist, ticked only where the app's own pages or app-store listing confirm it:
Rankings are editorial. Companies can't pay to change a score or a position, and any paid placement is labelled Featured.

In our October 2026 tests, Gemini and ChatGPT scored highest overall, with Claude close behind and the strongest answer quality alongside Gemini. Gemini wins on Google integration and value, ChatGPT on versatility and ease, Claude on writing, coding and long documents.
Gemini, ChatGPT and Claude all have capable free tiers. DeepSeek is completely free, and Meta AI is free inside WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
Perplexity is built for it: every answer cites its web sources, and paid plans let you pick models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google.
DeepSeek stores data on servers in China, and several governments restrict its use on official devices. Its open-weight models can also be run on your own hardware, which avoids that.
No. Rankings come from the published rubric and can't be bought. Developers can pay for a Featured spot above the ranking; it's always marked Sponsored and never changes scores or positions.
