For developers
People compare AI planning apps on this page before they choose. Paste your website after checkout and we'll research, score and publish your listing.
Every app was checked on 7 October 2026 against its own website, pricing and app-store listings, plus independent 2025–2026 reviews. Each gets five scores out of 10, weighted into an overall score.
Ties are broken by the planning quality score. To be listed, an app has to use AI to help plan your time, such as scheduling tasks into your calendar, suggesting a daily plan or booking meetings. The list is open: developers can submit an app, and we review it with the same rubric.
Features are scored half by our editors and half by this published checklist, ticked only where the app's own pages or app-store listing confirm it:
Rankings are editorial. Companies can't pay to change a score or a position, and any paid placement is labelled Featured.

In our October 2026 tests, Reclaim.ai scored highest thanks to strong automatic scheduling of tasks, habits and focus time plus a useful free plan. Motion is the pick if you want AI to plan your whole day and projects, and Morgen is best for pulling many calendars and task lists together.
Yes. Reclaim.ai's Lite plan, Trevor AI and Structured all have free plans with AI planning help, and Todoist's free plan includes limited Ramble voice sessions. Calendly's free plan doesn't include its AI features.
Motion plans tasks, projects and meetings together and suits deadline-heavy work, but starts at $19 a month billed annually with no free plan. Reclaim focuses on defending focus time and habits, has a free plan and paid plans from $10 a month, but has no mobile apps.
Clockwise shut down on 27 March 2026 after its team joined Salesforce. Reclaim.ai is the most common replacement. Amie, another popular AI calendar, now focuses mainly on AI meeting notes.
No. Rankings come from the published rubric and can't be bought. Developers can pay for a Featured spot above the ranking; it's always marked Sponsored and never changes scores or positions.
