What it is
Prospre generates meal plans from your calorie, protein, carb and fat goals and diet type, using recipes in your recipe book, and lets you swap out days or meals you don't like. It builds the shopping list and can fill an Amazon Fresh or Instacart cart, while paid plans add an AI coach that adjusts your macro goals from your progress.
What the AI does
- Meal plans generated from macro goals and diet type
- Swap days or meals you don't like
- AI Coach suggests macro goals as you progress (paid)
- Barcode and nutrition-label scanning
Pros and cons
- Meal plans and grocery lists on the free plan
- Instacart and Amazon Fresh ordering
- Web, iOS and Android
- AI coach only on paid plans
- Website and App Store prices don't match
- Smaller diet choice than Eat This Much
How it scores
A strong free macro planner. The paid upgrade adds little planning power for its price.
