What it is
TripGenie is the AI travel assistant built into the Trip.com app and website. It answers text and voice questions, builds itineraries you can save in My Trip and edit together with travel companions, and links straight to Trip.com's flight, hotel and attraction inventory. It stays with you during the trip with alerts and tools like photo-to-menu translation.
Latest: In July 2026 Trip.com promoted TripGenie as its in-app AI guide for navigating destinations.
