What it is

The Oura app turns data from the Oura Ring into daily Sleep, Readiness and Activity scores. Oura Advisor, launched in March 2025, is an AI assistant that answers questions about your data, charts trends and remembers context you share, and can be set to a conversational or direct style.

Latest: Oura launched Oura Ring 5 in June 2026 and filed publicly for a Nasdaq IPO in September 2026 before postponing it.
