What it is
Layla is a conversational AI travel agent: describe a trip in chat and it builds a full itinerary with flights, hotels, activities and transfers, using live prices from partners. You refine it by chatting, and it can read images and PDFs to enrich a plan. Trip Planner AI (tripplanner.ai) now sends users to Layla, and Expedia Group acquired Layla in July 2026.
