Salesforce has agreed to buy Braze, the software behind push alerts, emails and in-app messages for about 2,770 brands, for $47.50 a share in cash. Salesforce wants Braze's real-time customer signals feeding its Agentforce AI agents. The deal still needs Braze shareholders and regulators to approve it.
