What it is
Readless takes the newsletters, Substacks and RSS feeds you already follow, removes duplicates and ads, and sends a summarised digest to your inbox on a schedule you set. The Max plan adds a synthesised editorial briefing that combines stories across sources.
What the AI does
- Newsletter and RSS summarisation
- Deduplication across sources
- Custom summary depth and language
- Cross-source synthesis briefing (Max)
Pros and cons
- Works from sources you already trust
- Inexpensive
- Scheduled delivery to your inbox
- No free plan after the trial
- Small company with few independent reviews
- Email digest only: no news discovery or audio
How it scores
A cheap, focused way to compress newsletters into one email; narrow in scope and with little independent track record.
