Copilot is built into Outlook on the web, desktop and mobile for Microsoft 365 subscribers. It summarises threads, drafts and coaches replies, and pulls tasks out of email; consumers get it with Microsoft 365 Personal, Family or Premium, and businesses add Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Latest: Microsoft retired standalone Copilot Pro and folded it into Microsoft 365 Premium; existing subscribers could keep it until August 2026.
